You share the relevant workflows, agreements, spreadsheets, SOPs, e-signature and document processes, and operational materials related to the engagement scope. A materials request checklist is provided so you know exactly what to prepare.
For advisory engagements, we review your materials and deliver practical recommendations, workflow observations, and a prioritized action plan. For hands-on support engagements, we organize the agreed membership workflow based on the confirmed scope.
We walk through findings, recommendations, or workflow updates together and determine whether ongoing support is the right next step for your practice. You leave with a clear picture of what was found, what was built, and what to do next.
