Everything you need to know about working with PracticePoint Co.
About the Services
We work primarily with concierge internal medicine practices, direct primary care (DPC) practices, boutique specialty offices, and other high-touch private medical practices. If your practice is membership-based or retainer-based, you are likely a good fit.
No. PracticePoint Co. is not a phone-answering service or front desk replacement. The focus is concierge operations, membership workflows, administrative systems, and practice organization — not live phone coverage or reception.
Yes. Whether you are launching a new concierge practice or rebuilding administrative systems that have outgrown their original structure, PracticePoint Co. can help you design and document processes that fit your practice's model and pace.
The Operations Review
Written recommendations are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after all requested materials are received. Timing may vary depending on the amount and complexity of materials provided.
The review covers your current patient agreements and membership documents, enrollment and renewal workflows, e-signature and document processes, payment tracking systems, admin SOP gaps, and patient communication touchpoints. The output is a written findings report and a prioritized action plan.
Ongoing & Hands-On Support
Ongoing Advisory Support is designed for practices that need strategic operational guidance without adding another full-time administrative role. It may include workflow refinement, SOP creation and cleanup, renewal process guidance, patient agreement workflow guidance, e-signature and document process organization, tracking spreadsheet improvement, communication template guidance, and scheduled strategy calls. Your internal team continues handling daily execution.
This depends on the engagement. Ongoing Advisory Support may include guidance and process setup for agreements and renewals. Hands-on sending, tracking, and follow-up are part of Membership Operations Support and must be scoped separately. That work is more labor-intensive and is priced accordingly.
Not by default. Advisory engagements focus on reviewing and improving the onboarding workflow. Hands-on onboarding coordination, patient agreement tracking, and follow-up can be included under Membership Operations Support if specifically scoped.
Pricing & Scope
Pricing depends on the level of support, patient panel size, physician count, operational complexity, and whether the engagement is advisory-only or includes hands-on membership operations support. Investment is confirmed during your fit call after we understand the full scope of your practice's needs.
Legal, Compliance & Confidentiality
No. PracticePoint Co. provides administrative and operational consulting only. We do not provide legal, medical, billing, coding, compliance, or financial advice. If your patient agreement or membership documents require legal review, we encourage you to work with your own counsel or compliance advisor.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is foundational to how PracticePoint Co. operates. All materials shared during an engagement are treated with the highest level of discretion. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available upon request.
